Keys to Tampa is a live weekly radio hour about Tampa Bay real estate and the business climate around it — Wednesdays from 9 to 10 a.m. ET on Tan Talk Radio Network, heard across Pinellas, Pasco and greater Hillsborough on WTAN AM 1340, WDCF AM 1350, WZHR AM 1400, WTAN FM 106.1 and WDCF FM 102.3.

That experience shows up in how he keeps the hour clear, curious, and focused on the practical side of living here: schools, traffic, taxes, insurance, and the feel of a place on a regular Saturday — rather than just the photos in a listing.
